About the Role

Manage regulatory compliance and documentation.
Improve and automate operational processes.
Manage daily insurance operations (policy issuance, cancellations, reporting).
Coordinate with insurance carriers and partners.

What You'll Do

🐍 Develop & Maintain: Create backend services using Python.
📦 Containerize: Build and deploy applications on GCP Cloud Run.
🗄️ Database Design: Interact with PostgreSQL (queries, migrations, updates).
🧪 Quality Code: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
🤝 Collaborate: Work with senior engineers on architecture and implementation.
🤖 AI Workflow: Use Claude Code to speed up debugging and refactoring.
🛠️ Troubleshoot: Monitor performance and squash bugs.
🔍 Code Reviews: Contribute to engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields from a top university.
⚡ Skills: A proactive, self-starting attitude with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
🛡️ Experience: Prior experience in insurance or education in insurance is required.
🔥 Passion: Eagerness to work in a startup environment and a genuine interest in technology.
🗣️ Languages: Native-level Arabic (essential for engaging key clients). Advanced English (our primary working language).
